Charlie Update

We last wrote about Charlie a few months ago here. Charlie is healthy and off of medical hold. The volunteers can't believe she's still here -- timnehs are usually adopted very quickly.

Over the past few months, we've gotten to know Charlie, and she is very sweet and adorable. She loves to make kiss sounds; frequently she'll give several in a row -- just because she's happy to see you!Charlie is currently missing some of her head feathers which has created the effect of male pattern baldness. There is no medical reason for this, and we have not seen her rubbing against anything in her cage. We suspect it's due to a cluster molt.
If you'd like to meet Charlie, please stop by. Greys do much better in a home environment than at the Center, so we'd like to get her settled in to her new home soon.
