Meet Spenser, an approximately 18 year old
quaker parakeet. He lived in the same home his entire life until being surrendered to us recently.
Spenser is tame and friendly. He is used to being out of his cage most of the day.
At one point in his life, Spenser had a broken wing. This does not impact him currently, though it's unlikely he would be able to fly. (His new owners will still need to take precautions and not allow him outside unless he is in a secure harness or carrier.) Please stop by if you'd like to meet Spenser!
